We are a trade site only, and do not sell direct to the public.
If you are a consumer and have an issue with a Kingfisher product that you have purchased, then please contact the retailer that you purchased the product from, as your contract of sale is with them.
WHAT'S YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Our minimum order quantities are as follows:
UK Mainland £500.00
Northern Ireland, Ireland, Outer Hebrides, £750.00
Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Orkney,
Isle of Man, Isle of Wight
Rest of the World £1000.00
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
As of 18th December 2014, when you register on the website you will automatically receive a 20% discount off catalogue price, as well as free next day delivery.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
Please note: due to their size, most of our deliveries will come to you on a pallet.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order before 3pm and your goods will be shipped the same day (subject to payment and stock status). Our standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days. However, as a website customer, you are entitled to next day delivery.* Please make sure you select the correct date on the calendar when checking out.
* Next day delivery applies to UK mainland only. Delivery to Ireland and the following postcode areas takes up to 3 working days:
HS, GY, IM, IV, JE, ZE, PH, PA, BT, PO, AB.
DO YOU DROPSHIP?
No, we do not offer a drop shipping service. Our minimum order quantity to the UK mainland is £500.00 net.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. We also accept payment by bank transfer and cheque. Please note: bank transfer payments take up to 3 working days, cheque payments take up to 2 weeks to clear.

CAN I GET A CREDIT ACCOUNT?
