If you are a consumer and have an issue with a Kingfisher product that you have purchased, then please contact the retailer that you purchased the product from, as your contract of sale is with them.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
When you register on the website you automatically receive a 10% discount off catalogue price. However, the more you spend, the more discount you may be entitled to. Our discount structure operates as follows:
Order value £250 - £499 - 10% discount off catalogue price
Order value £500 and over - 20% discount off catalogue price
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order before 3pm and your goods will be shipped the same day (subject to payment and stock status). Our standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days. However, as a website customer, you are entitled to next day delivery.* Please make sure you select the correct date on the calendar when checking out.
* Next day delivery applies to UK mainland only. Delivery to Ireland and the following postcode areas takes up to 3 working days:
HS, GY, IM, IV, JE, ZE, PH, PA, BT, PO, AB.
DO YOU DROPSHIP?
No, we do not offer a drop shipping service. Our minimum order quantity to the UK mainland is £250.00 net.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. We also accept payment by bank transfer and cheque. Please note: bank transfer payments take up to 3 working days, cheque payments take up to 2 weeks to clear.

CAN I GET A CREDIT ACCOUNT?
All new customers must place a minimum of 3 orders on a pro forma basis before being considered for a credit account. Please contact email@example.com if you wish to be considered for a credit account.

The Christmas Flash Sale is a website only sale, and gives you an additional 10%
discount off your usual prices on all Christmas products. It is only available from 9 am 24 October and ends midnight 27 October.
To take advantage of the Flash Sale, you should take the following steps:
- Log in to your account here
- Click on the Christmas banner to go to our special Sale/Pre Season section, where you will see all of the Christmas products.
- The prices displayed are your usual prices. Add products to your basket, where the 10% discount will be applied.
- Check out in the usual manner!
N.B. It is very important that you order in the special Sales section by clicking through the Christmas image. Do NOT go to the normal Christmas category from the left hand menu, as these prices will not be discounted.
