Faulty and Damaged Goods
If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will try to offer you a replacement or refund. In addition to this, any products that you have returned as faulty have a 2 year guarantee as a minimum. Some of our products carry a lifetime guarantee such as our platinum range.
If you have received an incorrect item that you did not order, this is no problem, please contact us and we will get the goods collected.
You can cancel your order at any time. Please be aware once you have placed your order it could be being packed in the warehouse within 5 mins to get to you for the following day. However, if you need to cancel, no problem, just get in contact with us ASAP.
