Our standard transit time within the UK and Ireland is 2- 3 days, however, we can now offer next day delivery all of Mainland UK for all orders received by 5.00pm at no extra cost! For the rest of the UK and Ireland our fastest delivery is 48 hours. For the remainder of Europe we can deliver to almost all locations within 5 working days. We have very favourable transport rates throughout Europe so please call or e-mail us and we can let you know if there are any additional transport charges. We promise to provide the best possible service. We also have an excellent and reliable courier service to deliver your orders to you on time. Your order is tracked from the minute it leaves our warehouse until it arrives safely to you. How good is that!!

Kingfisher are continually pushing to provide the best service and delivery in the marketplace. Not only do we now offer next day delivery for all orders we receive by 5.00pm, we can now offer single picking on many of our items. Please look out for the following logo: When you see this logo it means that you can order a single unit of that item. Please note there is an automatic 10% picking and packing charge for this service. If an item cannot be ordered as singles as it is not suitable for packing you will be shown this logo.

We work when you work. Our customer service team are now open from 8.00am – 7.00pm, Monday to Friday and from 10.00am – 3.00pm, Saturday’s and Sunday’s. If you need any help please call us or send us an e mail. We are here for you whenever you need us.

Payment Types

We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard. You can also pay by bacs and cheque. We also offer account facilities for those customers that are approved by our accounts credit checks.

We do not hold any of your payment card details on our own systems; they are all securely processed through our bank. All card payments pass through a number of rigorous card processing checks. In the case of suspicious behaviour, we work with a number of recognised fraud prevention agencies and analyse a number of customer details to ensure we are not receiving fraudulent orders.

We are 100% focused on offering the best customer service and making sure that you, the customer is always happy. We want to do regular business with you, so at any time, even after you have received your order, if you are not happy we will look after you. GUARANTEED!

Faulty and Damaged Goods

If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will try to offer you a replacement or refund. In addition to this, any products that you have returned as faulty have a 2 year guarantee as a minimum. Some of our products carry a lifetime guarantee such as our platinum range.

Incorrect Goods

If you have received an incorrect item that you did not order, this is no problem, please contact us and we will get the goods collected.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time. Please be aware once you have placed your order it could be being packed in the warehouse within 5 mins to get to you for the following day. However, if you need to cancel, no problem, just get in contact with us ASAP.
